Would work for me too, the newest vehicle I own is 11 years old.

It's not, I have no time for it at the moment. Aside from fencing I've been building garden planters after work for people and doing side excavation jobs. Then Bass practice takes up any free time after that :goingcrazy:. I'll get back to it eventually but its going to be awhile.

Trying to decide if I wanna try turboing the lil truck this summer just for shits.

You know you would enjoy it, but at the same time your own place would probably be a better investment.

    Yes and yes.

I couldn't get that one place. Even countered offered higher and they didn't budge. I can't afford 300k for a place so...yeah. I'll keep saving but have a line on a turbo kit that's been made better. Tempting.

    Will see.

    Land is tricky.

Out here there is land for sale but it's also very expensive. The tricky part is how it's accsesed, if it has power run there, if it has a well, if it doesn't have a well is it likely there will even be water? And if you can even build anything due to other permits an things.

Then there's the issues of getting a loan as a first time home buyer..

But I've thought about. I don't think I could afford much though.

    Bank.

And no road blocks for buying a house. But building it's hard to get approved as a first time home buyer.

And house is 1400. Basement is unfinished and some of that would be come studio space.

The two other bed rooms are super small.

But yeah. Of course kids are in the plan why wouldn't they be?

Well I'd argue that depends on your SO and you're actual relationship more than the kid ;)

And read the description. Also...I been there. It's 1450 living space.

Not that I have a place in this conversation buuut
Waiting has its pros and cons, like everything.
Pros include: being more financially stable, more mature, better idea if you’re gonna work with each other in the long run

Cons: you’re set in your ways, kids really throw that off, the longer you wait the older you’re gonna be when you’re back to having the house to yourself, it’s still stressful and that new stress can screw stuff up.

But what do I know, Ima stupid kid going off what I’ve seen in my life.

In a sane world we’d all have kids in our late teens when we have all that reckless energy to raise them. Anymore I envy the folks that are having their kids graduate high school before they turn 40.

I agree, if a couples relationship is too fragile to survive the further propagation of the species, the relationship is too fragile regardless. That is not to say kids can’t amplify existing problems or resentments in a relationship, but I feel a lot of couples use their children as scapegoats for their marital discord.

Yeah kind of what my parents did. In their 50s now and retired and no kids in school. Seems like a smart way to do it so you can get out and enjoy a lot before you're too old to really do crazy shit.

But too late for me to do that plan! haha

Yeah that was kind of my point.

Well, MAJOR sellers market out here so...they just charge out the ass for anything haha

I think I've seen more keep on keepin on than separate after kids.

So @Speedytech7 I'm leaning that that DIYPNP ecu from megasquirt is probably better than you'd think.

It does have autotune function even though it's based on the microsquirt it's using ms2 firmware which gives it more capabilities.

Kind of interesting. Certainly makes it more appealing
