What do you mean not mass produced, my ass. They make thousands a year of the GT350.

Hardly, for instance they produced 7115 GT350s in 2017 (942 were GT350Rs) not really a mass produced vehicle as they are limited in number, color and config, especially when you consider ranger sales for the first quarter alone were 9421 and that was them just starting production, even at that number it’s 40000 units a year, Tacomas sell around 16-20000 units a month. But sure bud “your ass”, you can order a ranger however you want whenever you want, making mark up on them a joke, and again not sure where you are seeing them marked up, but they certainly aren’t here in AZ or most parts of the country.

I know how many they made, I used to have one. So you are saying that they made 7115 is not considered thousands. Have you ever taken math?

Here are so many marked up, but maybe you don't know how to use a computer.

Did Ford touch you inappropriately? Did Ford promise you candy and then force a handy? Come on man, what did Ford do?

Yes they did touch my pocketbook inappropriately....3 times. 1992 F150 Lariat, 2014 Mustang GT Premium Track Pack, and 2016 GT350 Tech Pack. Long stories...all about not fixing and warranties. If you really want more than Cliffs Notes, I am happy to expound.

That wasn’t the argument 7000 over 12 months as opposed to 7000 a month. And yes I have taken quite a few college level math courses including graduate work, but no worries feel free to continue attacking and insulting people in your responses while making assumptions. And yep, totally don’t know how to use a computer you must be a real swell person in real life.

Since you don't know what you are talking about and I proved it, I will do what you said to do.

Okay bud. Whatever makes you feel good about yourself.

And like I said no mark up or $55k as you mentioned rangers here. But what do I know I can’t use a computer or do simple math as you alluded to...

I’m what type of person? You said rangers were marked up all over the place I said they weren’t in my area and proved that to you. You then decided to compare a ranger to a gt350 production wise, I disagreed, yes both are mass produced but one is limited in number by a significant percentage to the other, no big deal but then you went on an insult spree which you continue to do and make all sorts of assumptions about someone you’ve never met. But yep I’m “that type of person”, as you mentioned. And I am currently working towards my 2nd degree, all while continuing to serve full time active duty, no failing here but please continue to insult me. No big deal I’ll continue to serve our country and defend your right to do so. Have a good one, seriously no issue here, just don’t appreciate the insults or assumptions.

No rangers here in Tucson are marked up I even provide pics of lifted ones on wheels and tires below MSRP, but he continues to insist they are “everywhere” as if it’s common place. Never argued they may be marked up some places, but thought that was silly since as you alluded to they aren’t selling well. Eh, good old TW.

It may be “overpriced” but it’s being financed so the additional monthly pmt isn’t that bad. For some ppl it makes sense rather than fork out 4K in cash or put it on a high interest credit card. You just have to run the numbers and see what makes financial sense.

The Tacoma doesn’t NEED an 800 dollar tune. IN FACT, if you own a truck, any truck, and the thought crosses your mind that you need a tune and perhaps a rear sway bar, I question your choice in vehicle platforms, and so should the owner.

Not for anything but 45000 posts in a OV tune thread on TW screams quite the opposite. Apparently, a lot of owners believe it does need it. Should we question their choice in trucks?

If you want a truck that lasts then get a Toyota. If your a contractor that trades out every 3 years then get Ford. Just my .02.

I don’t care how many ex f150, minivan, Jeep, and mostly ricer civic jdm fanboys post in that thread. The problem isn’t the truck. The Toyota pickup truck has essentially stayed the same since it’s introduction, before I was born. The problem is obvious to longtime Toyota pickup fans... and it’s def not the truck.

45000 posts in the OV tune thread doesn’t mean anything except that taco owners are fanatics that love to spend money on their truck. And who wouldn’t when you own the best f’n looking truck made!

I ordered my Tacoma DCLB Sport and got it for a good price. I don't see were they are "over priced" at lease not in my neck of the woods. Dependability is my reason for buying another one after 22 years and 408,000 miles on my 96 Tacoma. Parts replaced in those 22 years, a fuel pump and starter. So please tell me were is the "over pricing"? I know we are talking about the 3rd Gens, but I can't say that for the others, I heard way to many horror stories.
