Front is pretty jacked up I rear ended someone and the rear bed panel is completely bent and bumper is as well, the driver side door won’t even open halfway, the airbags did not deploy.

    Glad you're okay.

Insurance should take care of your truck.

Airbags didn't deploy and it's a < 2 year old Pro....unless the frame somehow got bent I'd say there's no way they total it.

How did the rear get damaged? Did someone hit you from behind as well?

It really is going to depend on the frame and who your insurance is with. Progressive seems to total the truck if the frame is bent. I've heard others will use a frame bender to try to fix. I have to believe Progressive has a reason for this, and that reason is to save them money over the long term.

That things all sorts of crunched. I’m guessing the frame is tweaked but no way to know for sure.

I don't think so. Lots of plastic and sheet metal damage can make it look worse than it is. If the airbags did not go off then likely it was not hard enough to do any substantial damage.

Tacoma’s need a substantial amount of damage to be considered totaled.. probably because they hold their value so well. I’d say not totally unless you bent the crap out of the frame.
