First let me start out by saying that I chose the KBVoodoo bed rack system because of this forum and how many good things people said about this product... what you forgot to mention is that the customer service absolutely sucks! I will never buy another item from Chad. We finally received our order yesterday and when the boxes were opened today - one of the key pieces were missing from the order! The legs were missing. I reached out to Chad as soon as we discovered they were not in the boxes. He didn't even ask or offer to ship this product overnight. We even offered to pay the difference for THEIR error - yet our package was shipped Priority Mail NOT Priority Express to get it here ASAP. Was not helpful at all. Even when I expressed my displeasure, there was never an apology, it was just, "Yep, looks like we forgot them, I'll get them out right away." Made no attempt whatsoever to make it right. Basically he screwed me once by not filling the order correctly and then screwed me again by sending my missing pieces via pony express, making us have to cancel our plans for our maiden voyage this weekend. Would not recommend this product to anyone. No matter how good your product is - if your customer service sucks - so do you! I have all correspondence so if anyone cares to try and dispute this...I've got no problem sharing my experience online. I would just hate for someone else to experience the same thing I just went through. Just so disappointed with my experience. Doing it all over again, I would've went with Expedition One/Mule!

Just wait until it's starts to rust, you're really going to feel good about your purchase. There is a reason they were removed as a vendor here.

It has been motioned on here plenty of times. The dude is smug in most of his responses to people on here.

Yeah, there's a small number of "vendors" on TW I won't buy from, and KB is on that list.

My Hi-rise bed bars started rusting within a a few months and got pretty bad within the year.

    Their CS also sucks...

There’s a reason his vendor status is gone.

    Fuck VooDoo.

I was not fully impressed with my KB Voodoo experience either.

Before my purchase, we exchanged messages back and forth and the response time was amazing. I'd get responses from him sometimes within hours.

After I made my purchase, I asked if it was possible to expedite the shipping.
Two days go by, and no response.
I then asked for an update on shipping and expected ETA.
    No repsonse.

Eventually got a shipping confirmation and it was all good but as they already had my payment, they didn't bother to respond to any of my questions.

    Love the rack though.

Honestly I’ve never seen anything good about VooDoo on here. Are you sure you actually researched them?

As much as TW bags on KBVoodoo sometimes (myself included), I find it extremely weird that OP made an account just to post about KBvoodoo and thats it. Literally made an account, posted a thread, and bounced.

Are we sure this isn't the scam artist from Tennessee again?

I can't speak for the OP, but the shit storm that KB has following them is completely earned. Aside from crap quality powdercoating and shit customer service, KB went so far as to PM me, trash talking a very well known and respected TW vendor, when I bought that vendor's product. Completely classless operation.
