Question is, after which would we hit the range? I'm itching to spread some lead!

That lever works well on most AR's. I've heard of some dremel polishing things for smoother operation. Getting rid of burs and such. Your mileage may vary. I realize it's a VERY SIMPLE thing, but some people on forums get ANAL! go figure.

Yeah a lot of people on gun forums seem like snobs, think i'll stick here. When I get it gonna strip down the AR and do some cleaning. Anything I should look out for? About 300 rounds into it now

Also, I wanted a CZ but I think my next purchase might be building a 9mm AR just because 300 blackout is so god damn expensive

Yeah, that 300 Blackout is out of my budget. If it runs smoothe then leave it alone. I would, however look through the upper and lower receivers with your fingertips, or Q-tips. You can easily feel snags/burs from machining. These can, over time be a bad thing. Even if only scratching your mag catch as you release them. The barrel and chamber will be fine, that's a precision crafted part. It's the not so precision parts that you want to look at. Most likely you wont have any concerns, but there is the occasional oops from any manufacturer. If you're nuts about knowing your firearms as I am, then knowing every aspect of it from top to bottom is of concern. If I have a failure with any of my firearms, I know exactly what it is...because I know them down to the very last part and surface. It's a thing. I don't own a firearm that I am not "Intimate" with, if that makes sense. (Not a sexual innuendo, but a serious detail). I'm anal about my guns, but not a snob of forum legend!

Build a 9mm upper unless you really want to build another. If you build the upper you can use Endomags with a Foxtrot Mike bolt and will have no issues. I would recommend a heavier spring and buffer because I tested my upper last week and had some FTF with some good primer strikes:notsure:

Anyone tried the new Glock G48 yet?

    Thoughts/concerns?

I read it is the same size as the 19, but slimmer with a single stack 10 rd mag

Curious if anyone has taken one out for a test run

    Haha.
Theoretically I can make it through rough neighborhoods and not need one.

Being as I still drive a Toyota. How's that Ford running for ya?
