That looks like a great deal. Mine has the one piece letter section also & I really like it. Pricing in the shiny garnish was a good idea for 2018/2019 owners!

My garnish has quite a bit of play to it / it’s ‘loose’ on the grill. What kind of hardware do I need to secure it in place?

Rubber o-rings work nicely. Put them on the garnish mounting towers.

guwoptaco ; I hate to say it, but "crazy glue" or something similar, would probably be the best bet. Mine fit snug once I sliced the tabs down, but I wasn't happy about it. I haven't actually installed mine yet, as I plan to do it later this week. But, I have the grill ready, with the sensor cover installed, as well as the lettering piece. As I was wondering 'why' the sensor cover didn't just snap in, I was wondering what I was going to do too. After consulting with the seller, they told me to cut down the tabs, which worked. I was then able to snap in the cover. But, I am considering crazy gluing it in too, just to be on the safe side. Another option that I know would hold it too, is using that "stuff" that plumbers use when they glue together two pieces of pvc pipe. I don't know what it is called, but it comes in two cans; one is the "purple stuff", and the other is the actual glue. You swipe on the "purple stuff", which is the actuator, and then swipe on the glue. That stuff literally bonds and hardens in seconds, and it ain't comin' off!

3K miles in and mine still throws errors. It's better than it first was, but I still get errors.

I got my aftermarket TRD Pro grill at Mad Hornets.com I bought their's because of one thing; the TOYOTA lettering on the grill SCREWED on from the back, instead of being "stuck on" like most of the others. For me, it was worth a little more than I could have gotten one for. The cheapest I have seen, is $99 WITHOUT the sensor cover. But I got mine for like $157 including the sensor cover, and like I said, the letters are one piece, and screw on from the back, so it is solid. Here is a direct link to the one I bought:

I have a 2019 OR I'm looking to switch to the pro grill. Dealer wanted 480.00 for an aftermarket grill and the other piece you need. You also have to sign a waiver stating it could impact the overall safety of the vehicle. Needless to say I'm looking elsewhere. Keep the recommendations coming!

I bought mine from @CaliRaisedLed. Kinda pricy, but came with the garnish and I've never had an issue with my TSS.
