    Lmfao, all I did was post about gaining muscle as effortlessly as possible before shots were fired my way talking shit about how to PROPERLY gain size the right way - not force feeding. That was my OP about why force feeding is dumb if you’re trying to gain muscle.

    Nowhere did I say people don’t have different goals or methods if they powerlift or simply don’t care about being really lean. And nowhere did I call people fat aha. But people ALWAYS think they’re leaner than they actually are - even competitors in my arena, so yes if you’re 12-14% bf that’s way too high to “bulk” and expect clean lean gains.

    Again, this isn’t me talking out of my ass. I’m someone with shit genetics who found out the hard way puking after eating my 8th meal yada yada.

    By all means - if guys here just wanna spend years at the gym for minimal return because they like it - awesome, do what makes you happy. But considering all these comments of dudes who sound lost, clearly people aren’t getting results they’re hoping for.

    And no, if you follow him enough you can clearly see he only uses 18-20 weeks to cut and those other 32 weeks he's fat. He even was body shamed just the other month ago while guest posing.

    I don’t get it. I’m overweight and not anything near a BB or anything. I just workout and try to learn my body.

    But one thing that’s obvious is there’s a million ways to get lean and build and compete. Every “#1 bobybuilder” has their own fitness plan.

    Ahahahhaah i knew it. When you’re actually lean then come talk shit. You also look 6ft+ easily so comparing weight doesn’t make sense and you know that. Even this picture if you seriously think you’re leaner my god, I don’t know what to tell you, you must be trolling me. Or maybe go to a Dexa scan and you’ll be shocked.

    Also, where are your abs, legs, etc? Arms are usually the leanest limbs on someone’s body and I’m still much leaner. If you’re fatter than this now my advice to you - lay off the test man, that’s why you look so watery when you’re “lean” as you call it.

    Not trying to be a dick bro, but I’m shocked this is your best and you’re on here running your mouth. This is why I say “I’m out” lmfao, it makes no sense to argue with someone who says this is their best and clearly thinks he’s leaner than he is.. you’re 10% at best in this picture based off arms alone, haven’t seen the rest of you.

    Hi. I’m 5’11” and skinny with belly pudge from beer. I want a 6 pack though, and to have a little definition. I’m not trying to be massive like a lot of you in this thread. I want to stay lean but have muscles.

    Are there any guides out there for what I should be doing? I know absolutely nothing about working out...I’m super active but don’t really go to the gym so the exercises are all foreign to me. I’m good at following directions though.

    Do you know where I can find something that literally says “do this exercise this many times, this often” and “eat only x y and z”?
