    Hello from the DFW metromess TX. I have been lurking here since I got my new to me Tacoma a few months back and fell in love with it. Being new to Tacomas I have learned a ton here just by lurking, so figured I would go ahead and sign up.
    I have driven a jeep or truck my whole life due to outdoor hobbies and living in TX and have always bought American. After owning all the American brands and watching them fall apart in short order after 100K, I knew this time around I wanted something different. I wasn't specifically looking for a Tacoma when I went looking, but fell in love with this truck when I drove it and got a good deal on it, so I jumped on it and couldn't be happier. That being said, I do wish I had specifically researched Tacomas more before hand and knew about this site, it has been a huuuuge help. I have tons of questions still, so I'm sure I will be posting regularly. Thank you all for making this site what it is, I look forward to learning more here and contributing!

    I am in Irving, right between Dallas and Ft Worth. Hate the city, especially this one these days, but was born and raised here so just feels like home. The truck pic was taken at a ranch in Dublin that I hunt, fish and do side work on, my home away from home lol
