Okay My turn maybe tame by TD's standards, I was maybe a month or two out of high School when my mom made me go to the local Community College. Well it was still summer and hot out so all the Chicks were still out in their skimpy clothes. I was driving on a ticket I hadn't told my mom about and I was going to class this on day doin about 10 over the limit I saw this Smokin Hot Chick so my eyes were on her instead of the road and plowed right into 6 cars waiting to turn left. Well in my state if your driving on a ticket and get in an accident you become a guest of the town police. I woke up to being handcuffed to my gurnee (hospital bed on wheels) and my mom yelling at me for not telling her about the ticket. So she paid the ticket and the resulting tickets for plowing into 6 cars. And we went home. I was forced to repay every dollar of the tickets to her & then fix my car. Which was at that time a 1980 Volvo Basically a Tank on wheels. So you know that I was popular. Oh yea not a T\A not a Z not a Camaro or any cool car. I had the tank.

In my 57 years I have never heard of, and it has never occurred to me, that bootlegging pop tarts was a thing. Say what you will about this thread. It certainly has a diverse and unique membership.

It was honestly a complete fluke. Originally I would lay them on top of the heater for a few minutes and then pop em open. One day whilst looking for a pen, I was digging around the top of my locker and found the outlet. Brought a toaster in, plugged it in and it worked. Once people saw me toasting pop tarts, they wanted em too. Sold em for $1 per. Thats two bucks a package. Mom was pissed that her toaster went missing. Ended up stocking the bottom of my locker with different pop tarts.

All our work needed to be saved to them and turned in. There was always 5 to 10 people that either forgot theirs or just needed a new one.
