    TL;DR

No one in here lifts except that other dude that came in here, hated the fact that not everyone agreed with him, and left.

Also, I'll second the focus on the "big lifts." Super important for whole body, functional strength. Not only looking good nekkid but also building the best body you can for the long-term. Based on a lot of good information I've read, I'd make that 6 exercises: Deadlift, Squat, rows, bench, pull-ups, overhead press. Notice the order too. For example, rows are a great way to warm up your joint before hitting bench, also to balance the muscles on the back side which are too often ignored in a quest for a big bench #. Same with pull-ups/OHP. Watch the joints & balance!

Also mind your rotator cuff. Too many of us injure or f*ck it up. Look up the exercises that hurt it and avoid those or replace them with a better alternative. Esp get good tips on your benching, which is where many mess up their cuff. And add in face pulls. Look them up.
    (#Tips I wish I'd had when starting)

Hate the taste of those but I’m with you on your point. I can easily switch to the Rehabs. They’re only like 10 calories per can and I love the taste of them.

I don't go to a gym anymore so no more cables/machines. Just barbell and dumbbells at home, couple of bands. I'll start incorporating some more flys, I always seem to forget about those.

I don't really know if I'm "lean" hah. I'm still pretty skinny, but have definitely gained some weight the last year, both muscle and fat. Trying to get myself in college-shape again. Been rowing every day I don't surf since I got the new rower (only been a week). My main focus is my lats, shoulders, tris for paddling and then legs. But would like to get more defined overall as well, but I'm not trying to look like you lol

Now that I think about it, to bulk, just drink a lot of 0 calorie drinks. You can do that even when you’re not hungry, because 0 calories. If you can only eat when you’re hungry, it makes sense to me. Imma be yuuuuuuge.

No flex pic. Idk my body fat % or any of that other stuff. Just tryin to gain some more definition, and overall strength. I eat relatively healthy. Never eat fast food. Do enjoy some baked/pastries though. And usually a beer or two a day (IPAs, stouts, all the high calorie ones).
