Dobinson’s coils and shocks. SOS sliders, ditch light brackets, and front skid. Rigid ditch lights. BFG KO(dos) More minor stuff.
Trying to figure out a problem that I can’t find googling. We can chalk that up to my inability because it has to be out there somewhere. My son has a 2011 T4R with OME lift and SPC UCAs. Running MTs and what we see on the front is uneven wear on the lugs. Inside short outside high then the next set back are opposite. Starts to get vibrations. Got it realigned and no problem for a couple 1000 miles now the wear is getting visible and the vibration is back. Reasonable theories accepted but definite diagnosis preferred. Asked tire shop and they acted like I was crazy.

What kind of MT’s ? Some MT’s cup really bad depending on the rubber compound. I know after they started to get less than half tread My Mastercraft tires started cupping really bad like that.

Master craft. I ran them on my 02 Taco and never had a problem. Friend has them on a runner with no issues either. Had 40k on them. Still had another 10k left. I liked them a lot.

    Yes

Hard to truely diagnose from the desk here but I have a few suggestions. When you mentioned lugs, I'm assuming you're talking about the tire tread and not the lug nuts. The SPC UCA is more adjustable by about 3 degrees both in the positive and negative camber. Your camber might vary. Alignment shops might not know this unless you show them the documentation from SPC that way they can properly align your wheels. You mentioned that the rear tires are worn the exact opposite? Inside long and outside short. How much lift does the OME give you on your T4R? My guess is that you're falling into a similar situation as the front whereas you're not getting enough adjustment out of your suspension that you need. Unfortunately, I dont know what you need to do without doing a bit more research on aligning 3-link suspensions. Since I dont know enough, I'll leave it to that.

If the above doesn't work, check the tire pressure. The T4R from the factory might say that they want 32psi for the tire pressure but depending on the tire brand, they might have a different tire PSI suggestion based on the GVW of your vehicle. I know for mine, I run about 40 to 41psi on my tires so that might play a part in your uneven tire wear.

Third, you could have broken/worn suspension components. There is a bounce test you can do. Go to each corner of the vehicle and lift and bounce your suspension. Don't lift from any plastic fender flares as you'll probably pop it off. Your suspension should bounce and travel without any strange noises. No metalic squeaks or grinding sounds. It should bounce smoothly and relatively easy. If everything sounds and feels good, jack up each corner of the vehicle and grasp the tire at the 12 & 6 and try to wiggle the tire. There shouldn't be a lot of excessive play. Check the 9 & 3 o'clock positions too. If it wiggles excessivly at the 12 and 6, it could be your UCA bushings that are wearing out, 9 & 3 could be your wheel bearings. While your vehicle is in the air, you can get a better look at your bushings. Minor cracking is ok but if it looks like your bushings are falling apart, then it might be time to replace them.

Diagnosing uneven wear is more difficult than it seems because now you have uneven wear on your tires that could skew your results. Bottom line, have a second opinion from an alignment shop check the alignment. Statistically, this is the most common issue for uneven wear.

There is a lot to it. Bottom line is he's running a M/T on the street and every little bit of wear is exacerbated with them. Once they start wearing unevenly any amount of balancing doesn't help the inbalance because of how big and exacerbated the wear is.
