Who Makes This HC Bumper?

Need some help on figuring out who makes this HC bumper in the pic. I'm going crazy trying to figure out what bumper to go with. i like C4 HC and the one in the pic, but I am having second thoughts due to resale if I cut the bed side. I am also thinking hard on the RCI standard rear bumper since it had the hidden hitch, and comes with license plate lights

also if resale is a concern don’t cut, don’t wheel. buy a cheap jeep and mod it.

 

Haha I hear ya, but did the Jeep thing and came back to yota and not going back. In reality, I plan on keeping this truck for a very long time
