Never used their motor oil. I've used their 75-85 in my front/rear diffs. Good quality product, kinda pricey.

It's your truck. Use whatever puts your mind at ease.

Since I'm paying the bills for my truck. That's what l do. But I don't go for the pricey stuff. l just grab whatever 10w30 l can find.

    5k mile intervals.

Redline will out perform the other oils but not by a huge margin so I guess it comes down to weather or not that little bit of extra quality is worth the cost to you. I’ve used other top shelf oils and never had any kind of problem with them

I would like to see under that engine's valve covers as well as behind the timing cover. There is an inspection cover on the passenger side. Be a good place to take a photo for science.

You guys are all wasting your money. Just use assembly lube. Saves weight by only needing a fraction of the quantity. Has high antiwear additive content for the extended reapply.

Redline assembly lube that is. For those with discerning pompousness.

Same here, and Redline MT90 (75W-90) in my transmission & transfer case. I'll stick with Mobil 1 for my engine oil.
In the Harley Davidson big twin community, Redline is a premium oil company that gets many kudos. Mainly for transmission and primary oil uses. I've never used it in any of my v-twins though. Spectro is my choice.

    Another oil thread..
I use M1 5w-30 I get at costco. Valvoline in the differentials and t-case.
Regular Toyota oil filters I buy by the case.
    I change the oil 2 times a year (5k)
Redline is really good oil probably the best you can get in the US but expensive
