When I say ruin, I mean ruin the fender by having a hole on it. You can't fix a big gaping hole, this is simply in case I wanted to revert to stock. I'd prefer to have my stock unmolested fender.

Can't be an issue if there are no bearings.

 

It's literally a pulley on a metal shaft, it's very simple. No bushings, no bearings, just a pulley on a shaft.

if the motors doing it with no belt on it then just replace the motor

 

Tried that. Rotates fine without a load.

Mine fit fine

 

Remove the motor and spin the belt and see if you can feel extra tension. My guess is the motors (Wiper motor) are dying and old AF.

@BartMaster1234 do the motors get hot when they quit turning? Might be able to service the little electric motor actually. That would real cool

@Sperrunner @Speedytech7 I've had a hole in my AC condenser for at least a year. I was gonna replace the condenser and drier, then can I fill the system myself?

if I take it to a shop are they really going to do anything besides to pull a vacuum to make sure it's tight before they fill it?
