You'll be fine. I drive over 500mi before aligning my truck after installing the lift.

500 miles? Man I drove mine around for 50 miles and camber chewed up my tires bad when I installed my suspension few weeks ago. Did LCAs, UCAs, and coilovers. That was bad. That’s why I’m nervous to change the UCAs and drive 100 miles to an alignment shop

I hardly doubt 50 miles "chewed up" your tires. I was at -3* camber on both sides and toe was over .5* on both sides. It was fine. 75+mph interstate speeds too.

I'm not sure you'll be able to get between 2-2.5 degrees with the High Caster version. You'll probably end up between 3.5-4.

We installed mrbedgood LT kit 120 miles away, took longer than anticipated and drove the 120miles back home and subsequant days/miles until he could get an alignment on a severely eyeballed (not even string and tape measures) alignment done by me. Did not chew up his tires.

    I installed high casters on my 2019 Tacoma w/ a 2.3” lift (Bilstiens 6112’s) and 285 tires.

I told the tech 4 caster (He’s good. He’s been doing my off rd alignment for yrs). He actually did my 4runner last yr with these same UCA’s and had zero problem getting 4 caster per side.

The funny thing is he could easily get 4 caster on the passenger side (even more if he wanted to) but only 3.3 on the driver (he maxed out the cam-bolts and that’s the most he could get). He found that odd and couldn’t figure out why. There’s no way to install the UCA’s incorrect from what I can see or anything to adjust.

In the end he set them both at around 3.4 caster to match which is disappointing.

    Any insight?

How'd he get a magical 3.4 after he could only get 3.3

I am confused now. Which one do I need to get for my 2013 with Bilsteins 6112s set on the 2nd clip with about 2”-2.5” of lift on the front and about 3” on the rear? Do I go with the OEM Replacment or high caster? If high caster I don’t think I need the Heavy Duty version.

If your not jumping then STD high caster is just fine for your off-roading needs.

What front Kings do you have and what are set at for height? I have extended travel not on yet set at 2.5 inches of lift. Yours look like more preload than mine.

OK so, those are pretty much same Coil-Overs, and mine have 650 lb springs on them.
I recently readjusted them (twice, lol. First time I overdid it, had to back off a turn) after installing a bumper with a winch. Hence the extra preload. BTW, I was aiming at 22 1/2 inches hub to fender on my 3rd Gen. I'll have to re-measure how it settled.

Mine are 650's as well, once I put my winch and skid on I hope to not have to readjust them as I hear it's a real bitch. You look to be about 3 inches of lift right now.

Possibly yes, if we we splitting hair you could say 3 inches, I'd say 2.... Lol. Same suspension between 2nd and 3rd Gen, but Turd gen comes in 1 inch taller from factory.
It's not a complete pita, but I'd advise you to get one of those "T- handle" wrenches, it makes a heck of a difference. I didn't have it in the beginning, and I struggled to catch a hole in certain spots, all better now. I also used a penetrating oil, it might have helped some as well.

    Sorry for :threadjacked:

Here is a pretty picture of when the setup was all new
