This is NOT my truck...

However, it was parked fairly close to mine, and from a distance it did kind of look like mine (until I realized it had BSW tires, did not have a toolbox, and most obviously was 2012 or newer; It's also a 5-speed). I actually started walking to it thinking it was mine!

I've gone a lot of places and just in general been through a lot with my Tacoma...

For all the places I've gone and things I've done, I've only been through one Nazi...uh, I mean, DUI, checkpoint. I hope to keep it that way!

 

There’s a guy with a tastefully modded 2nd gen that is very local to me here in bucks but he’s not on the forum as far as I know. I spot him often on Street Rd. I have to grab a shot of him.

 

I had the windows tinted in my Tacoma back in June or July 2018. In Pennsylvania, front windows must let in 70% of light. I believe rear windows can be as dark as one likes.

The darkest tint I could get without violating the law was 26% (lets in 74% of light). My window tint is in compliance with the law in almost every state, except New Jersey, where I drive a few times a year. New Jersey apparently does not allow any tint on the front windows (bastards).

We're going on a year since I got my windows tinted, and I've driven into Jersey a few times and have not had a problem. I live in Pennsylvania, and thus that is where my truck is registered. Can I be pulled over for my window tint in one state if my vehicle is registered in another? I honestly think stupid non-moving violations like window tint should only apply to vehicles registered in that state.
