    Just a FB page for right now. They've only been open for a few months now. Really new park. Trails are tight, lots of sapplings and scrub brush lining all the trails. Some trails are marked really well others not so much. Be prepared for pinstriping.

    Hmm. It never started until I went on BP meds. Doc said it was a side effect. :notsure:

    Doesn’t happen all the time, probably 1-2x a day, after sitting for long periods.

    When active/stressed the BP meds are helping. When idle, your BP declines some. The meds further this. I would recommend mentioning to your doc at next visit. They may need to decrease dosage or change the type of BP med. :thumbsup:

    Sometimes life gets in the way of plans, but that isn’t always a bad thing. Two weeks early, I was in Norfolk VA and started driving at 3:45am on wed to get home. He showed up at 4:00am Thursday, 6lbs15oz. Momma and baby are healthy and doing good.
