So installed stereo Monday . Today loosened mount and repositioned stereo .Since I had to remove ac cluster decided to remove and clean terminal that was turning a little brown from overheating . Put every thing back and started .Noticed ab,s brake, tpms and slip light on .Then noticed ac and power windows also not working .Checked all fuses for voltage (engine and dash fuses ) 4 times .All reading 11.9 volts .Alternator not charging also :annoyed:All 4 power window fuses no power .
Went online got Mitchell 1 manual with schematics and relay for power windows getting power from body ecu . Anyone had similar issues ? Going be a fkd up weekend lol.
Don't thing has anything to do with stereo . Just coincidence I hope .Had lot of that shit happen .

Did you pull the fuse to work on the truck? It's general practice to pull the NEG battery terminal so this doesn't happen. You do have to adjust your clock and presets when your done which is a pain.

Took off the add a fuse so would be easier to solder other wire on . Just needed switch hot when key on .Had it hot all the time . Problem was I put it back in the wrong hole  . I mean spot lol. Took 1 wire off and couldnt put it back in the right spot . But yea when I did stereo install battery was disconnected . Need to have a few.... too many today
