    On the plus side, I only got a 1 year ownership option. So I’m not stuck with the pony forever. And I don’t have to clean poop, the stable does it all :D

    Pretty much I’m a 1/3 owner/ leaser of the pony (pickles). He stays at the stable which is around 10 mins from me. We can ride it anytime the stable is open as long as another owner isn’t using it at the time. 1 year ownership. Upfront cost of everything included contract, feeding and boarding, vet care, cleaning and saddle.

    Riding gear I have to get. But lessons I figure I can do with them, lol. I don’t see them riding fast on it. And we guild the pony the entire time the kids are on him. I’ll just tell them the pony found a girl and ran off with her to make more ponies next year :rofl:

    Got 2 people coming tomorrow to see the boat. One guy even offered a deposit now before he even saw the boat. Told him to hold off till he at least sees it.
