I'm from Seattle and remember when they popped onto the mainstream grunge music scene in like 91 or 92 (I was like 13 or 14 something like that). Took the music world by storm. That album Nevermind is one of the best rock or alternative or whatever you wanna call it, it's one of my all time fave

That is not a good idea. Catch can for the PCV needs to be a closed system. Any extra air is unmetered and will cause you to run lean

I looked into that. Can’t do it. The DMV only recognizes a PO Box as a mailing address, however you still need a physical brick and mortar residential or commercial address.

And let’s say you have a buddy who lives in an emissions exempt county. The address on your license will reflect this.

 

Oh you just want something pulled from a truck or SUV? I figured you'd want something cleaner since you'd have to make ALL of the goofy emissions equip from whatever big chevy or GMC fit, including their huge exhaust. The LS3 E-ROD meets emissions spec with minimal emissions equip

 

Not really, plenty of people own more than one home. You can register vehicles at different locations than your license. Hence why I have an AZ registered car with a WA license.

 

My uncles boats and rv are registered at his Wyoming shop I believe
