    What’s up all,

Coming from the low and fast life, previous car was a 6spd n54(bmw for those that don’t know) I just recently bought a ‘19 SR5 4x2. I opted out of the 4x4 bc I felt here in soflo there is no reason to have it, and after doing a whole lot of searching, I realized I fucked up. ‍♂️Oh well.

I’ve put just over 1k on her and I definitely enjoy the ride quality, which will change soon since I want to go with a small lift and bigger tires.

One thing I’m not a fan of is having to mash the pedal to get this thing moving. I’ve seen a pedal commander and ovtune is the best option for this fix.

If anyone has any suggestions on lifts/tire sizes and options to make this motor more beefy, please do share. Lmk what you got as-well54F43A98-8387-4BB1-84E8-A449746F0857.jpg .

Welcome Chuck! Nice truck, The possibilities are endless but I have heard as long as you stay under a 2.5" lift you can remain on stock control arms. Something I'm considering as well since I opted for the 4x2 package also.

Welcome to TW! im thinking about doing the ov tunes later this year, but at the moment havent bought it since im not to worried bout the engine. though with gas prices in florida jumping around like they were i might do it sooner for the MPG tunes then change to performence when i go to citrus. for lifts and tires, all depends what you want to do with it. also with larger tires you will most likely need to do a CMC (cab mount chop) timbo customs between tampa and orlando does a pretty good but i thing he said he might take a little break for other projects and such. try hitting up the guys in the Florida bs thread. theres a few good guys there and such.

Here's my QS SR5 on a 2.5" front/2" rear OME suspension lift and 265/75/16s. It rides better than the stock suspension did and looks great in my opinion. Probably gonna go with skinny 33s next and I think they'll look even better with the lift.

Looks good David. Is your tint darker than the stock tint?

I found this on the forum before I signed up. Not sure who’s it is, but this is what I’m aiming for with the bronze wheels. I’m not sure of the tire size but I do know it’s 16” wheels with a 2” lift.

Thanks man. Yes, I tinted all the windows darker. All of the rear windows are at about 15% and the fronts are 40% due to the laws in LA. That truck you linked looks great, I'd guess the tires are 285/75/16 which probably requires a CMC to avoid rubbing.
