Unfortunately, not anymore. I've got Ciliac so no wheat or gluten of any kind. Was reminded of it big time last week. Still not feelin too hot.

Put more liquid plumber down, more water, and plunged it this time. Apparently my wife and son heard it “release”. Went and ran hot water in the tub, drained fine, sink is draining in the bathroom. Wife went out and heard it hutting the tank. Kitchen, draining. Flushed all drains with hot water for ten minutes. Put stopper in kitchen sink, filled with hot water. Pulled it, and have seen something that hasn’t been seen in a long time. It formed a vortex in the drain, it drained so fast. Finally, most large plumbing issues seemed to be resolved at this point. Last issue that was identified last night, shower drain has a small leak on top of the pipe at the elbow before hitting the 2” line. And done.

 

That's great Time for a beer.

 

I'm in. Right after I grab Barbadoos. Need to figure out what I'm tossing on the grill tonight.

Skip the Liquid plumber and get straight lye. LP is lye cut with water. It's usually half as strong lye.

Use hot water with the lye if you really want it to cut the clogs. Don't get any on you and use eye protection.

 

I’ve even used Boiler caustic with great success. Gotta be well protected for sure.
