You wouldn’t had want it. It had a few dents and scratches. The cost to repair and paint it, you might as well buy a new one.

    Would $650 be too much?

Trying to justify it to myself (ahem, wife)....if I were to buy it new, and get it painted...it’ll cost me $1k+...decisions, decisions.

FWIW I was just under $900 for a cement hood + paint. Not a cheap mod but eh it’s kinda cool.

$420 for some headlights and I basically have a pro. ;)

I paid $450 , but I bought the scooped hood out right. So now I have the best of both worlds.

I don't like my scoop hood, but I don't think it's worth the hassle trying to meetup and swap hoods.

Not much of a hassle really. The buyer would more then likely come to you, and it takes like 15 mins for the swap.

Easy money if you don’t like the scoop and both parties would be happy.

I’m sure someone will make the swap worth your while. I used to be against the scoop but I’ve been rethinking it, but I’ve got white so can’t help you out.

I thought I wanted the scoop hood even found a guy who wanted to swap and I couldn’t figure out why he would be so willing, until I went to the dealer.
The view is super limited in the Tacoma to start with ( came from a ford ) when I sat in the scooped Tacoma I realized it makes it worse.
When I called the guy who wanted to swap he stated that was the reason he hated his.
    They look cool no doubt

you would easily get someone to come to you plus $400-$500 for a cement hood swap. it seems like white and cement are the most requested scooped hoods.

Looking for super white hood with scoop.

Have a a super white non-scoop with vinyl matte black wrap.

If interested DM, maybe we can work out a deal.

    Located in Las Vegas, NV.

Not sure a hoodscoop will help your parking game.

However your truck is looking great

Dude that is crazy, I think your hood looks better than a scoop hood.
