I used Aircraft cleaning solvent which was TCE or PCE while I was on Active duty in the Marines in the early 80's

That solvent practically stripped the firearm of any oil and or carbon

Does a Tail Gate Lock Count?

When I worked for an airport in Arizona in the 80's, they were involved in a TCE lawsuit. A tenant who leased hanger space and refurbished old aircraft in the 50's, washed the TCE off the plane, on to the tarmac and on the ground.... Made its way to the ground water and all the attorneys sued everyone.....

I didn't know they still made GUNK... Reminds me of my brother cuz he sprayed GUNK on everything.... Smells like.... Well, to me it smells like small block Chevy since he was a Chevy guy. Memories.

Google MCAS El Toro toxic waste !!!! , that's my old duty station . Marines have been dumping TCE and PCE into the ground since the early 50's

MCAS EL TORO is now the site of a Superfund cleanup site and many Marines have passed on due to the chemical exposure

Nothing wrong with the Ti series, it's a darn fine group of cards. I only upgrade every 5 years so I figured WTF. My card was stupid expensive, but should last a while. I can now work at home, play games and surf without ever redlining the PC. Crazy how technology has changed.

Monitors are something I rarely upgrade. I only buy Viewsonic and I know how to repair the caps when they go bad. My main monitor was a gift from the wife, but the side ones are old 22 inchers.

Those Ti series have always done well with me. It tend to stick with the ones that give me the best performance for the value. I've been building PCs for over 30 years. I know how crazy the tech has changed. I only upgrade my main desktop when it show signs that it might die. Sometimes it's just an easy replacement of something but sometimes a major component dies. That's roughly 10 years. I don't game as much any more but I still do development on my main PC and laptop. My son now has a better PC than I do.

I don't like to upgrade my monitors either but when one (17 years old) shows a lot of burn in and faded stripes and the other, a five year old LG POS dies, I wen and replaced them with a dual ASUS 34" curved Ultra-Wide pair. My GeForce 660 still handles both of them like a champ. At least for what I'm using them for.

Maybe you need to check your prescription lenses?

Seriously... It really depends on what you are doing with your computer. I probably do a lot more than a majority of people do and I like a lot of real estate on my screens.

I have seen the widescreens, they would help with the gaming, but I have other priorities

Gunk has a great BBQ spray. I use it to clean the front glass on my smoker. It breaks down the grease very easily. Spray, wipe with sponge, remove with paper towels.

Good Morning Folks and Happy Fathers Day

Wedding yesterday was good. It was held outside and the dinner and reception were in a barn. In laws asked about our trip to Florida and my hernia surgery. When I told them how much time Mary and I spent together and we enjoyed that time together, they didn't believe me.

This is what I use to clean grill grates.

Just woke up. Storming... Yesterday was a long one.... Up at 0230...Out the door at 0300. 5 hrs on the road, then 6 hours of trail riding, then 5 hours back hoime. Slap worn out. Now gotta clean up a muddy truck. Black Mountain was EMPTY...We saw less than 20 people on the trails all day. Just the way I like it!
