    Today was go go go from the minute we woke up. Soccer for the oldest from 9 to 10:15. Then birthday party for a friend of the oldest from daycare from 12 to 1:30 at a sports place. Then another birthday party from 4 to 6 for the daughter of a friend of ours, for both kids, at a swim place. Got home, played with the kids for a bit, then baths, and finally bed. Both fell asleep quickly, before 9. Hopped on the exercise bike for a while, and now it's drinking time!!! Gonna try to kill the last 3 of these from the 6 pack.

    New local breweries seem to be popping up here all the time. Discovered Cowtown Brewing last night and their NE style IPA. Surprisingly light and crisp with a clean finish.

    Orpheus SATWD v11 - Tasted like chocolate covered strawberries soaked in whiskey... Wasn’t sure about this one when I bought it, but it was freaking great!

    Orpheus SATWD v8 - Ghost peppers and cinnamon really worked on this one. Tried it at the anniversary and really enjoyed it. Nice little pepper kick on the way down!

    Creature Comfort Life In Flux - Non-Adjunct BBA stout. Great stout, quality whiskey and bourbon barrels. Nice having a straight solid stout without all the adjuncts every now and then. Really lets the barrels come through.

    Orpheus Room A Thousand Years Wide BBA Barleywine. Solid smooth sipping 13.4% barelywine. Roasted toffee goodness!

    Cherry Street Satan Pulls Strings BBA Quad - Much boozier (in a good way) than the 10% abv suggests. Lots of caramel and toffee, smooth but definitely has the alcohol heat at the end.

    Orpheus SATWD v10 - BBA Hazelnut and cocoa nib version. Some nice roasted nut chocolate going on... Ferrero Rocher flavor for sure!

    The Mrs decided to get me something for Father's day. She went to a local store and got one of those make your own 6 pack things. Disclaimer: she doesn't know anything about beer (neither do I LOL). Her criteria was based on whether or not it was a cool name. LOL

    Can't seem to find the AVB anywhere on the can. And it says it was canned on 12/19/18.Oh well!
