Thinking about pulling the trigger on some SCS blemished anyone interested in picking up 5 16" black TRD faux beadlocks for $400?

    They come with trail cred.

X3. I am no pro welder, I self taught in my garage through trial and error. I am no pro and would not feel comfortable welding on my truck yet. But from my experience as said above go mig, stick can be frustrating and tig you need skills. I ran flux core for a while and was great to learn on. Now I run gas with solid wire and welds look so much cleaner. Also if you have 220V available get a machine that runs on it. Some are dual voltage like harbor freights Vulcan line and got some great reviews. For you tube videos I found ChuckE2009 is a great source of reviews and how to’s.

Just got back from camping Friday to Sunday. Made it to Bowman, although a different route than normal. The road that goes past the washed out bridge cannot be passed currently. We went through Washington and up that way. Road is clear all the way to Faucherie, some deeper water crossings up that way but nothing crazy. Unsure about the road towards Jackson Meadow but I’m sure it’s fine by now.

My electric weed whacker bit the dust. Need a new one. Had a black and decker. But it's a lot of work with the extension cords. And not quite powerful enough for some serious crap behind my fence in the back yard. Thinking of getting a gas powered unit. Maybe four stroke, though they are more expensive, and heavier. Any suggestions?

I’ve got an entry level echo. Works pretty good.

I’ve found the string has a lot to do with what I can cut down... thicker stuff is better for poison oak, oak saplings, blackberry bushes and so on. Thinner string is better for weeds/grass.

Home Depot is having a sale on an ego weed wacker and Leaf blower. I love their leaf blower and I’m all about the same batteries for multiple tools.

You'll also need the $13.95 gardener hat, a backpack leaf blower, and a small Toyota to complete the package.

I got the leaf blower and the string trimmer, and the hat. Let me tell you, if it's good enough for my landscaper customers, it's good enough for me.

I have three ego tools, and love them all.
    Blower, edger, chainsaw.

    Yeah, hedge trimmer, not edger...
I considered the lawn mower, but I already have a pretty nice gas-powered AWD one, and I'm petty sure I'd need more batteries to mow up here.
