And 15 flights on the stair climber.

 

LoL .. I was talking about being a trainer or just wanting to look your all time best. Of course IFBB dudes juice but you could still compete NPC natural and do quite well. Ronnie Coleman turned pro natural, granted top genetics but you'd need top genetics anyway just to make Pro level, then play with the chemicals that regular guys and gals shouldn't (who don't plan on becoming a professional athlete)

BTW Jeff looks good but is small, yet plenty of NFL, MLB, NBA and other athletes pay him top dollar for training.

 

I don’t even have to shave mine and it’s noticeable that I’ve got a nicer ass than most of these thots on Instagram lol.

I live out of town and the gym has nice showers so I’ll shave in the shower.

First swipe and hollyyyy shit. There’s SO much more hair then anticipated and now I’m too deep to quit. I should’ve got more blades too as these two wore out QUICK on just my damn calves. 30+ minutes later and below my knee is somewhat shaved. Fuck doing quads. Those are gonna take years.

Rinse. See what’s left. Continue shaving.

Now I’m bleeding somehow. It won’t stop bleeding. Make it stop.

No bandaids in the backpack so had to quickly get to sauna where I set my sweat rag on my legs hoping it clogs the blood cause that shit was coming out quick. Fml. Worst decision ever. But calves DO look good

The first time you shave if you have hairy AF legs is horrible. BUT if you keep up with it every other day its not bad.

T4 is more commonly used when the use of HGH and insulin is being used. It's best to run T4 over T3 during HGH/slin use due to HGH increasing the regulation of converting T4 to T3. T4 reserves get zapped by using HGH (because HGH helps convert T4 into T3). So when you take T4 on HGH, it's better over T3 due to HGH converting T4 better than before, leaving T4 low and T3 high. In reality, we want to balance these two hormones to optimize results.

Taking T3/T4 alone, will have nearly zero benefit (unless you have medical issue with them). They need to be used in-conjunction with other hormones - like HGH.

However, using exogenous HGH for too long will result in naturally higher blood sugars which will put excess strain on your pancreas causing it to output more insulin to keep up with the naturally higher blood sugars from HGH - this is where insulin comes into use. It helps relieve stress from your pancreas by taking exogenous insulin to assist in keeping sugars at bay.

Anyway, could go on forever here....

For my face I use an old school single blade. Took a minute to get used to it, still cut myself, but my face feels much better and so much less razor burn.

You cannot shave long hair, my hair stays short since I trim it weekly. lol, first shave is always the worst.

 

Well this is interesting, I’m not really sore from yesterday but I feel weak, I struggled to do one set of 10 P-ups when I got to work and then a set of 15 on break.
I’m staying hydrated and food intake is OK (not super healthy, but I’m not eating straight junk either) but a little heavy on carbs.

Correct! Which is why HGH, although amazing, can cause insulin resistance when abusing it and/or always having a high carb/sugar diet.

I ran 10iu/day and while I looked insane, it wrecked my blood sugar and insulin was a must after a year or so to keep it under control.

I’d still use at MAYBE 2-3ius for skin/hair and a slight edge, but it’s not worth that cost at that point for ME - especially because I only used Pharm Serostim, never crappy Chinese generics. Maybe when I’m 40+ I’ll use it again. My natural levels are still decent and I feel really damn good after getting healthy again.


Seriously, I’ve wanted to do laser but it’s sooo expensive and takes multiple sessions. Considering it though because I’m tired of hair and shaving below my neck

 

IDK about them unicorns, but regular straight razors are on many websites. I'd get one of the nicer brands (usually European. Dovo or Boker, for example) and it should last longer than you'll live. You also have to get a strop to keep it extremely sharp.

Don't think anyone could shave their own ass with these, though! lol
