I always find it somewhat comical when folks around here trash Missouri roads...that being paved or gravel. The roads around my parents, granted they're county roads, are utterly ridiculous. An artillery shelling is definitely an accurate comparison.

I really do despise FedEx and USPS.

Package was on track to be delivered tomorrow. It was sitting at the FedEx hub north of me in Illinois.

    Untitled.jpg

Now its in Georgia and won't be here until Wednesday. How does that even happen ??????????

Last 2 packages shipped FedEx have either been damaged or "lost" then late.

    Ship brown please !

Somebody didn’t feel like physically moving the package to a different place in the warehouse so they just chucked it on down the line to make it someone else’s problem. I’ve had a USPS package go from St. Louis to Chicago and back five times before they finally got it to me.

yeeeep. I don't know what it is about FedEx and USPS in Southern Illinois, but they are real bad. Good ole UPS rarely lets me down.

I went ahead and called FedEx to put a bug in their ear about it. Last time this happened my package was "lost" for a week.

I bought a K&N Cabin Filter from JC Whitney and this was my delivery experience yesterday. I emailed JC Whitney and they are taking this matter very seriously. Emailed FedEx but have not heard back from them.

I live in the projects and about 3:55pm on Saturday, 6/15/19 the FedEx truck pulls out front of the projects apt. building I live in. There are a group of people sitting out under the tree smoking and visiting. The FedEx driver hands my package to one of them and told him he was not going in the building to bring me my package. Luckily one of those people had the decency to bring my package to my apartment. A crippled man at that!!

    Email JC Whitney sent me.

    Hi, Everett!

Thanks for taking the time to check back on us.

It's embarrassing to hear what the delivery guy from the carrier did with the package. Don't worry, the concern will be forwarded to our Shipping Team so they may forward it to the carrier and appropriate actions will be given to the one who was tasked to handle the delivery. We're just glad that you received it still.

Should you have further questions, please don't hesitate to send us an email. We are available 24/7.

    Regards,
    Richmond P.

Oh hey. FedEx blows. I work for old dominion freight line and I hear HORROR stories from ex employees. Brown is just as bad lol

That terminal is Champaign is the worst though. Lots of issues with packages there.

I think ups, fedex and usps have an ongoing contest to see who can be the worst.

Couple of Ex-Fed drivers working with us, they say the money isn't worth the awfulness of the company.

Last time I used Fed-Ex I had the stuff left at the freight center in st. Charles and went to get it myself. Massive headache but I did get it. Eventually.

I heard on a radio show one day that MO had some of the worst kept highways in the country, which I now know is utter crap. I’d be looking at some land and hit some ridiculous pothole, in a wrangler, that at that point I haven’t driven a whole lot, the pucker was real.

No reason you can't drive around something like this:

These roads here in Indiana are fine,... for those Amish carts. We know our tax money is much better off going to contracts with the friends and relatives of VIPs in State gov't.
You should think of your trip across Indiana as more of a free "shake down cruise" to check for loose parts on your new purchase.

To be fair, highway driving a Wrangler has a high pucker factor, without potholes. With potholes....
