    I run an ARB and 285/75. No trimming needed here.

    But then again I still have sways, too :anonymous:

    maybe it my cab mount because i have my sways on also. I just don't think the cab mount would cut the tires like the above picture. will be getting cmc done very soon. seems smooth enough to not be the cause though. I painted everything and hopefully this will show me whats going on fairly quick.

    Had to trim for 285/75r16's. Followed the arc of the fender. No more cutting or rubbing tires after.

    did yous cut your tires like my above picture. do you have other pictures so i can reference and i am assuming you are running 285 75 16

    Only pic I have. It just sliced part of the knob on the tire. After that, out came the cutter.

    very similar to mine. bet its the culprit not the cab mount

    nope no pics. just a grinder and cut off wheel. I just put down some tape drew a line that i liked and cut. cleaned up with a flap disc and so far so good. just did elephant hill in utah with no issues

    Yeah cut it. I used tape and an angle grinder. I had the same issue as the OP and messed up my new tires. You won't hit the bumper until you really compress the front suspension.

    How much did you cut off?
    I've got 2 lines here, 1" and 1.5" at the bottom. I'm rubbing a few inches up from the bottom edge with 255/85/16

    right about two inches i think. i will try and get a picture later but i did mine as a curve not just a straight line
