I've been waving at every Tacoma I see on 77N since i hit the the border.

It must be confusing for them because I'm in my bright white Rubicon.

    Exit 37, hammer down.

Hi Mark! Hasn't been 5 years, but it's been a couple. Funny, I've been looking at the 4runner forums and there's old MeefZah on the threads I was looking up, haha. Been a couple of busy weeks here in Dayton. We just got hit by some tornados. My station was right in the middle of it, been working a bunch of overtime, stuff is destroyed all around us. I was on duty when they hit, it was a miracle very few injuries, and only 2 dead, even though the tornados leveled several neighborhoods. I'll post some pics tomorrow. I'm on duty, and internet is still down, and cell is still crappy at best. Hope you are well Mark, and enjoying Cali!

Oh shit bro! I had no idea! Glad you are (mostly) whole.

Calif is good. No tornados here... just every other kind of natural disaster. Still working for Eureka PD. I was on a volunteer FD but we moved a year ago into an area covered by a FT FD so I couldn't volunteer anymore. Sadly my EMT-A cert has now lapsed. Meredith just got her NP and took a job as a flight nurse / NP with our version of MedFlight - CalOre Lifeflight, so that's cool. Other than that... nothing to say. I miss Ohio, and I don't miss Ohio!

    Be safe! Enjoy that 4R!

Bummer on not being able to volunteer any more, but glad you are still with Eureka PD. Tell Meredith congrats, that is awesome! I had a buddy that worked for Lifeflight out of Portland, he loved it! If you make it back to Ohio, hit us up! Just a few photos of the craziness that happened. 20190530_155107.jpg

Anyone in the Columbus area have a 6' cap or tonneau they're interested in selling? A friend just bought a 5-lug and want's to make it look cooler (he won't admit it, but I'm pretty sure that's why).
