My hamster KEN!

So as most of you know I have hamsters..well I have A hamster now. I just wanted to post a picture to share with you guys how much little animals such as Hamsters can mean to people. I have had Ken for about 2 and a half years and the little guy is just one of the best friends I have ever had (along with Hamstar who passed not to long ago ) Lately Ken has really enjoyed having his belly scratched so here is a picture of him!

I used to have a hamster. It was awesome! The stupid wheel squeaking all night was not lol.

 

I feel really bad cause i had a boa constrictor and he wouldn't eat normal white mice... so for some reason though he would eat a furry hamster.

I still feel bad to this day about it.

If i would have taken a video it wouldn't have been pleasant.

It usually ended up the snake squeezing whatever it was eating to death and the rodents eyes popping out...

 

Thank you! He is a little less active then the pups you got but still is one cool little guy to hang out with!

Ya we got these "special" wheels for them to run in that make absolutely zero noise, its great! They used to run in these wire ones and damn was it annoying

 

Reminds me of the movie Road Trip. The guy tries to feed the mouse to the snake, he gets impatient and the snake bites his hand lol

 

ive had many hamsters, most were assholes. my brother had one as a kid. chillest mofo ever. my dog was scared of him. found him covered in ants one summer morning. c*cksuckers were eating him alive. he was like 4 years old. i currently have a frog. if you need your hamster offed, lemme know....j/k....but seriously, he will eat him

 

^ ok kinda weird not going to lie...thanks for the offer but I am VERY happy with the little guy! I really miss my other one also. As chill as Ken is Hamstar was the tripod! He had to get a leg amputated and still lived to be over 3 years

yeah my frog is a dick. he'll try to bite me every chance he gets. hes more of a centerpiece than a pet

 

Kinda Funny story. Freshman year of college one of my dornmates bought a rat. He let the rat lose in this kids room a couple buildings down and the kid flipped! He was running all over the place going crazy so the dorm mate went in there and got the rat. The rat ate through the wall and gnawed off part of his wooden desk...rats arent one of my favorite "pets" in the world, much rather a hamster!

 

that's an awesome hamster, mine hates being upside down like that.

I'll have to get some pictures of mine, he's a great pet....some people just don't want to hold him when they realize his testicles make up half of his length....

 

I had hampsters as a kid... sadly I crushed one by mistake... my brother and sister were playing with it behind me, I fell back in my chair (I was leaning backwards) and my hand hit it... so it died a slow death... pretty sad experience for a bunch of young kids.

First one died of old age, he was awesome.
Second hampster had wet tail and died.

 

It can't be comfortable dragging those things around all day.

I've had many hamsters. I love them and they make great pets. A trick for those with squeaky wheels is to put a little soap on them.
