I make 5k per person that gets hired and meets the qualifications

 

Diffs don't usually blow up when there's no traction, they tend to explode when there's lots of traction

Apply to sears use my name and tech id in the referral section. , have them pay for you to take the epa test. Then once you hit the mark i get paid 5k and split it with you lol

 

I think after you get hired and train. You gotta be with the company for a set period of time then i get paid. But its only for refer techs. Thorough ik sears hires guys with no epa or refer experience and train them

 

So as long as you can fog a mirror and have no major felonies you're good. I'd be putting ads on CL that Sears is hiring with you number and everything. Boom profit!
