Jeez that was close to being much much worse. Glad everyone is ok and the damage isn’t too bad.

Now if we all could just avoid trees all together that’d be great and it would likely help @skatefreak282 squirrel problem which is an added bonus

I think I am good on the tree front. That was the only one near the house. In total I have lost roughly 14 trees the last 13 months. Crazy weather that's for sure. I'm honestly just glad that the kids weren't there. I feel like as young as they are it would have traumatized them. My son is still pretty upset that his swingset is a mangled mess. He doesn't understand insurance is going to upgrade him. I have yet to locate the slide for it.

Thanks for the kind words everyone! We were very fortunate to just have some superficial damage, and no injuries throughout the town. It happened in a flash my neighbors say. It is hard to take a tornado siren seriously in PA, but I will definitely be giving them a little more respect. My little corner has dealt with quite a few EF-0 and EF-1 tornados for whatever reason over the last 2 years.

Confirmed to be an EF-1 tornado that touched down. https://www.wpxi.com/news/top-stori...in-butler-armstrong-counties-sunday/958735275 pretty cool drone video of the top of the hill 1/4 mile from my house.

I HATE that shit. I always 100% negotiate price right off the bat and once that is fully agreed on then commit to the purchase or sale and as far as I'm concerned that's the final agreement.

nothing worse then someone showing up and being like "dude I know we said $100 but I only brought $65, is that ok?"

YEA FUCK THAT. I'll throw that shit in the trash or give stuff away to a friend before letting someone get away with that shady shit.

    / end rant haha
