Got evidence to back that up?

Refined carbohydrates seem to be behind the spike in heart disease and diabetes.

Nomadic tribes in the Alaska/Canada and Iceland had a diet that was mostly protein.

I believe the Paleolithic people of Australia had a mostly meat diet as well.

Most people from Europe, the Americas and Asia and trace their lineage back to the Asian Steppe (Central Asia). I might be mistaken but I don't think there is much in the way of Fruits and veggies there. Just a bunch of grass and big game.

Sure there were people in Asia and Europe before the Steppe invaders took over, but I am not sure how much they impact the gene pool today.

I agree! I've always read that the first humans to come to North America crossed the land bridge into Alaska following game herds. That jives with what you're saying.

You do realize that the "cradle of civilization" is Africa. Most evolutionary activity occurred there. The migration to North America was very recent in evolutionary terms.
