Anyone replaced a front door window on these trucks? Is it like a 30 min job or hours? Gut is telling me more like 30 mins.

Dobinson’s coils and shocks. SOS sliders, ditch light brackets, and front skid. Rigid ditch lights. BFG KO(dos) More minor stuff.
I went once right after we moved here like 15 years ago. Haven’t been back for food. Have seen a couple presidential candidates there. They weren’t very good either.

I installed glass for several years in the early 90's. Can't imagine it's much different.

Probably a bunch of hidden clips to get the door panel/electronics off.

Remove the channel that the glass sat in and clean it out. And then clean it out again.

Clean out the rest of the glass with a shop vac at the bottom of the door and any glass around the motor.

Run a bead of urethane in the glass channel if that's the way (easiest) Tacoma's are installed. Put the track back in. Install the glass in the channel and roll the window all the way up and leave it for a couple a couple days.

Edit: After watching the vid. It's actually 2 small tracks instead of 1 long track.
Clean out both those tracks and run urethane in them.

I would install both tracks onto their location on the scissor mechanism or however it mounts with the bolts.

Drop the window in thru the opening but raise the window all the way up with your palms and tape it to the window frame.

Slowly, using the up/down controls...raise the mechanism and see if there is some places near the top of the door to stick your fingers in to line the channels on the glass.

Raise it all the way putting pressure on it, remove the tape and leave it for a couple days.

From the looks of their uniforms those kids spend way too much time on their bellies. Coaches should
teach them how to pop up slide. Easier on the body and less injuries. Also easier to watch the defender
and ball when you are not getting a face full of dirt.

10” max modular rack 46” long few powder coat issues but new bars to replace and tonneau bracket install.

Couple of modded holes, and hilift jack and awning mounts.

Slight rust elbow grease repairs and a few uggadugh style bolts easily replaced!

Cheap. Setup altogether $900ish. Will part for $300 as is! $250 if you cook me some REAL Thai food!
