    Look under your truck. There should be black plastic plugs in the threaded female holes where the running boards or steps will mount to. Don't pay someone to do what is a really simple job.

    I’ve had the truck a few months now and still really like the look and functionality of the boards. They are very solid and grippy also which is a perk, think skateboard grip.

    I have these on my truck also. I like them a lot. They make it very easy to wash the roof of the truck. They don’t do a great job of protecting the truck from dings. Pickups, suv’s, vans and 4 dr cars with pointed doors can easily ding you. I just park a little farther out in the lot.
