Naugahyde. Where was it invented? Naugatuck, CT along with keds sneakers, agent orange, and all sorts of other stuff thanks to Uniroyal. At one time, youd run down to the Naugatuck river to see what color it was... All that's left is a superfund site.

Started working out a bit yesterday and it went pretty well, swam 1900 meters and my knee was pretty good as long as I didn't push off the pool wall. Going to try some stationary bike and elliptical during lunch to see how my knee likes that. Very happy with my progress under 3 weeks post surgery. I have 2 weeks before a 5 day backpacking trip and 7 weeks until I race a half Ironman, gotta get moving.

That icing thing looks pretty sweet, I may have to get one to add to all the other recovery stuff I have! I can't keep the good stuff, when prescription expires it goes down the drain since the military frowns on use after expiration and I get randomly drug tested. Honestly I only took it for 3 days then tossed it.

That is one style I found on line I can take a picture of the one I have . I understand retired ;) but even now my current employer would not be happy either . See if you can ask the DR after explanation of the up coming events to write it up as a PRN for call it 6 months post surgery. They can cause I had them do it ;) . My Dr understood after explanation and my request on locking the time allowed and he wanted an appt with him at the end.
