Looks like it missed the crush bar. You should be able to sell both it and the lower bumper cover if those are undamaged, bumper end caps too. L

I'll have to look into these options @bagleboy Being the Tacoma is new to me, are these items that would be removed if I go aftermarket or something I should be asking to keep from the body shop that does the work if returning to OEM?

It really depends on what your insurance will let you get away with and/or your bank if you still owe money on the vehicle. One of the guys I work with hit a deer a couple months ago in his Gen 3 Taco. He wanted to switch to a pro grill and his insurance said the vehicle had to be returned to OEM. He even tried to work a deal through the body shop that his insurance made him go to, and they wouldn't budge. He uses one of those online app type insurances.

I prefer to keep it local with a real insurance agent. I've got my guys home phone number (hes old school) LoL

You may only need the upper color matched cover and some new blue tab locks. The driver fog light and or bezel may also be compromised but can't tell from the front(both have tabs on the back). Shove your camera in behind there and take pics of everything you can't see because your head won't fit, then you'll know what is and isn't damaged, pay particular attention to all the tab and screw locations.

An aftermarket bumper replaces upper and lower bumper covers plus the crush bar(the actual bumper on a taco). Check to see if the model you want can utilize the oem fogs or if different ones are used.

I thought I might have to recharge my AC after rebuilding my clutch assembly last weekend. Checked it this morning, on my way into work. Still blowing 45 degrees. It was 72 degrees outside (and its super humid if anyones counting) so I think I can live with a 27 degree swing on the system for now.

    Thanks TW!

Spent a few hours this weekend permanently mounting my air compressor on top of the storage cubby and running an air line to a quick connect in the bed.

I went to a local truck accessories store and they ordered my set but they had bags of just the latch piece.

Smitty 2780. I've had it for years without issues. I only need it for tires, pressurizing the DIY road shower, and misc. inflatables. More pics in my build.

Use something with a ID of 5/8 and it will slide over the drain pipe. I ran mine into the cross member and zip tied it up tight. No banging around.

08 Canadian truck so rust is a real factor around here but mine passed the frame inspection last month.
