    Man have bikes come a long way. I remember in 2000 I bought a carbon fiber Schwinn S10 full suspension. At the time I'm pretty sure it was one of the most badass bikes you could get and I think I paid $1,500.

    Today's bikes need motorcycle financing. In fact I think my Husaberg dirtbike (paid $4,300 new in 2014) was about the same price as this mountain bike was brand new :eek:

    NOT knocking this bike actually looks like a great deal for a setup that was probably $4k+ new. Just crazy to me bicycles cost as much as motorcycles these days, at least new.

    Man you aren't kidding. But financing a bicycle is crazy to me but a lot of people do it! The depreciation is brutal on bikes, too, especially considering how the standards change so often

    The hobby is full of vanity
