Had one in my S-10 and loved it, nice feel and tight shift pattern. Also had a B&M in my Audi A4 - that one looked factory since the stock shift boot and knob fit perfectly.

yeah the drive this warm season so far is so improved over past years. ADM, OVT, tweaked suspension, and interior improvements. totally happy over here and still waiting on 2.0!

by the way, Pablo, my tech at Tandem Automotive in Ft.Worth, told me that he can modify the shifter for more feedback/firmness even with the URD SS. next visit I'm getting an install done for Marlin's LCA frame braces, and I'm planning to ask him about that. maybe 6 weeks out or so.

I didn’t deal with them directly. Picked mine up unused at a price to good to pass up.
Disappointing to hear you had a problem because the product is really good.
I must have missed it. What was the issue?

We are the 5%. No one in the us gives a flying f. Put it in drive and point. Simple. No wonder self driving cars are right around the corner. We are lazy azz and disconnected - not present.

    Mostly stuff I built.
Well I did a full service on my truck before our last road trip. Drained and filled everything in the truck with the exception of the brake and clutch fluid. I chose to go back with Lucas full synthetic 75w90 this time. Lucas went in both differentials, transmission and transfer-case. The two previous full services I have done with Toyota gear oil.

I have been keeping tabs on temperatures on these components with some tack on thermocouple attachments for my fluke for a few months now. After 2500 miles on the Lucas I am seeing about a 15-25*F drop in operating temperature on all the drivetrain components when truck is loaded and towing.

Transmission shifting is smoother than prior to the fluid change. Transfer-case shifts much faster than it did before. The Lucas fluid is good for GL4 and GL5 applications. It also comes in a 5 gallon bucket. For those who service regularly, have more than one vehicle that they maintain that is cheaper and easier with a bucket pump.

Just my thoughts and observations. Laterz!

It should, with the first clutch you're getting half the transmission up to speed so then the next clutch it's already sorta "rev matched"

But you'll have a jacked left leg and walk with a limp haha

Funny you say that, after driving stick for over 20 yrs I’m starting to notice my left knee is a little worse than my right. Wonder if that’s due to my love of the manual trans? And no double clutching here either.

I just switched out all the fluids in my truck, it was due. Shifting feels a little smoother now with the MT90

Wow I don’t shop used so these prices may be inline.
For a few thousand more around here you can buy new, if you shop.

    This 18 seems way high

I’ve got the opposite going on, I’m a righty but I can easily tell my left leg is my stronger leg.
