Spent a half a day sanding, washing, and painting these bitches. After letting the paint dry for 2 days I finally got the bed bars up on the truck. Leaving the RTT off until I go fishing/camping next weekend. I don't think I'm going to need the extra bed bar so if someone wants it PM me an offer. It has plates welded on both sides to bolt a panel onto it.

It's missing the dick-shaped logo of your fab shop.

    And I should have.
    Rocket stove sucks.
    Not at all impressed.
Vaseline soaked cotton balls are 100% legit though. :bananadead:

Good to hear on the cotton ball experiment! Was planning to add that to the emergency kit.

I used a plastic cup and spoon so I could throw them away and not have to clean vaseline off of them.
I heated a pot of water and dunked the cup in it to melt the vaseline then threw in some cotton balls and stirred them around until they soaked it up.
A dry cotton ball will light with just a spark (no magnesium needed) but will only burn for about 15-20 seconds. A saturated cotton ball will burn for 5 minutes or so but is harder to light.
I plan on throwing a ziploc of each in the truck.
I plan on throwing the rocket stove away.

Should we organize a wellness check for @Deathbysnusnu

I can check ditches along shields Shields and north of Fort Collins

Someone needs to call cheeba hut and see when they saw him last. Remember the sooner you report someone missing the higher the likelihood of them being found
