Looking at purchasing icon UCAs and king 2.5 extended travel shocks all around. Im thinking of pairing this all with the icon rxt (stage 1) leaf pack. Do I NEED the u-bolt flip kit or extended brake lines for the rear, or can I run this setup successfully without tearing my truck up? Also, will adding 1.5-2" of lift up front with the kings cause the tires to rub the UCAs if im using stock trd or wheels? I am really not wanting to do wheel spacers but the tires are already so close to the stock UCA. Will raising height push the tire closer or will this setup work? Thanks.

What do you plan to do with your truck functionally? You can get the same results without spending so much...also there are just as good if not better shocks for the same price as Kings

Have you looked at other brands?

Just basic Offroad travel.I will not be doing any sort of rock crawling or heavy wheeling. I just want to lift the truck up for aesthetics/ground clearance and increase the capabilities of the suspension system. I want to install sliders and probably full aluminum skids as well, and id like to get around 2" of lift after that is done. I like to camp out of the back of the truck too, usually just going out with friends and putting my tent up in the bed and parking somewhere remote/quiet with a good view. Ive been reading a lot about dobinsons too. I am actually considering going with dobinsons, but I can get a good deal on some kings also (much more expensive than dobinsons)..

The reason I’m asking is because I have a pair of used king 2.5 ext travel with remote reservoirs that I’ll be putting up for sale. I’m in LA county and I was going to post the sale for locals only.

I ain’t shipping these. Too much money.

About a year old. They’re in good shape. Just needs cleaning and a bolt needs replacing cause it got stripped when I tried to adjust the collar.

Just message me if you’re interested.

Check out the Bilstein 6112 or 8112. With 5160 rears combo with add a leaf or leaf pack replacement. Very popular and good lift for what you can do with it.

    Or whatever...
