Tonight has been cake for me. Last two shifts have been twelves so these last two eights are easy peasy. Been a bit slow but I won't complain about that.

Yeah, it's really not, especially for the prices some people sell bedlight kits at.
Hood struts just look handy/convenient. Been putting them off for a long time though. $99.95 is a lot.

 

Have you seen the thread where the guy pieced a kit together for almost half the cost?

 

I have not, no. That sounds like something to look for though.

 

I remember reading about it. The guy had part numbers and everything. I want to say it was around $50 for everything.

 

I like the sound of that. I think I'm going to bite on the bedlights but wait on the struts until their next group buy or if I can find that thread. I'll have to search for it when I'm on my personal (not POS) computer.

Bought the lights for $24.39

 

To be honest, I was searching for it to make sure I wasn't lying and making shit up
I just so happen to search for "half priced hood struts"

 

Lmao. Well, I'll have to read through and research it all later.

 

Lights should get here Friday. I'll have to get those in, update/take pics for my build thread, and I'm probably gonna sell a bunch of patches at some point. Not sure what I'll get to this weekend. Supposed to be stormy and I have a hockey tournament.

 

The worst part about the lights was crawling under the truck to route the wires I also put them in that wire loom to give it a more finished look

 

Yeah, I was thinking about getting loom things and possibly some heatshrink for where they plug in to 'waterproof' it a bit more.
