    Yeah the belt is definitely a pain in the ass. The worst part for me was the "muscle memory" it had from being folded up in the package. The kinks were making it more difficult to get it around everything at the same time. @Nimble9 when you get the belt, maybe take it out of the cardboard sleeve, open it to a circle, and let it sit in the sun a bit to get the kinks out of it. Just a though, not sure how good it would be for the rubber, but I doubt a couple hours would hurt it.
