I'm in for the same info....looking at going for Hakkas once my Blizzaks are up.....I've currently got 265/75/16 SL-load DM-V2s which in my experience have great radial (front / back) traction….poor lateral (side-to-side) traction….had the WS-80s on my old Subaru and had a better experience, bought the DM-V2s thinking it'd be a 1:1 move but since they get kinda squirrelly side to side on the truck I'm willing to give the Hakkas a go next.

Might be my excuse to go 35s haha

don’t have experience with LT models, but I had Hakkas R2 and currently running Rotiiva ATs and quality and wear is exceptional. Nokian makes great quality tyres.

I’ll be getting 235 Rotiivas for my next set.

Do you have any photos that clearly show the offset in the rear? I'm thinking of a similar setup, -10 offset, trying to decide between skinnies and 285s.

It's probably been answered but there are a lot of pages and search isnt helping but is there anything larger than a 35 but still under 11 inches wide?

I'm running about 2" of lift on my 3g so I would guess they'd fit for me as well. One hesitation would be where I see your spare. Don't imagine a full sized spare is fitting in the stock location without modifications. Truck looks great, I think I should just go for it.

That's temporary until I get rear swingout. They don't fit in stock location.

currently 285 ST/Maxx on 8 inch wide F5. they stick out too far and sling shit, but like the volume. never going larger tire. I'd rather run a 255x85x16, but aftermarket rims are mostly too wide. i've still got the set of 255 ST on the OEM rims, seen in photo. the ST is outdated anyway, but as a true skinny 255, they needed a 6 -7 inch rim width. in future i might try another 255. seems like some mount the 255 ST/Maxx on 8 inch rims.

I do prefer the SCS F5 over my OEM rims.

DVexile is big fan of that tire size on 2nd gen OR wheels, though he chose the ST/Maxx

Ran the 235/85/16 on my 15' OR oem rims but BFG AT. They look decent on the truck until I went with the aftermarket bumper than they just look a little to skinny. The on road performance was great- the E load stiff side walls kept the handling really good even with trailer pulling. ( this size tire is common on dually pick-ups like most of the skinnies) The only problem I had was traction with the supercharger and launching:burnrubber:
