    front armor mighta saved my $4k ass at the Shell station today, very close call!
    right after I pulled in the guy in front of me (some SUV) decided to hop back in with gas tank door open and throw it in reverse! not idle reverse either, the gas pedal was involved.
    I laid into my 'weeny' beep beep horn cursing the living :facepalm: thankfully his system was not loud enough and finally heard me honking behind (his gas pump was out of order)
    i trust there is a lesson to all of this other than a horn mod lol

    does anybody have for sale some rope hooks for 1st gen that WILL NOT CORRODE ???
    this is the worst of the 4 after 22yrs ... the other 3 are good as like new!
    how the heck did this one corrode
    i had no clue, thought they were made of some alloy until my flashlight magnet was attracted to it :facepalm:
