On Friday I traded my Z125 for this mint 2015 TW200 with 500 miles on it. Super stoked. Always wanted one of these tanks

Pros and cons on getting a remanufactured rack and pinion ? Mines leaking and I was gonna pull it to install new bushing anyway

Just rebuild it. Reman stuff these days is hit or miss on quality, and that's not a job you'll want to do again.

Don’t really have time I work 6 days a week and seems like my 1 day off is spent cutting grass. I’m probably just gonna drop it off and have it replaced

I had to replace the rack in that 500k mile Tacoma. The body of it rusted & was leaking where the rubber bushing is held against it. I got a reman from WorldPac. My work has never had any issues with their racks. Now I've had multiple issues with A1 Cardone reman racks, I now stay away from them.

Interesting I can’t find anything Worldpak makes they only seem to distribute other brands and Cardone is one of them so is Maval and a list of other manufacturers for parts

Saw some people talking about the OME lift. Figured I’d post some pics of mine. I installed it 3 weeks ago. So far I’m loving it. Went with 886, firm struts all around, Dakar HD rear.

Maval is the brand rack I use. Worldpak is just a parts supplier but they carry alot of Toyota OEM parts also Aisin & Denso parts.

I can get you a rack from Worldpac at shop cost & no tax. I can even meet up with you to deliver it during my Friday evening or Sunday evening travels thru Frederick.

Maval racks are good. There is a local place called accudrive on Washington Blvd south Baltimore that rebuilds in house and do excellent work. Have to go through a retail store to get them though. Won't deal direct with public

I have rebuilt forklifts and bobcats hydraulic cylinders/pumps, how hard can it be a rack and pinion?
