I just tap into the pink cause I only want them on when my parking lights and headlights are on.

Sorry if it has been asked, I did look but didnt see anything, does anyone know the difference between the raptor lights that TacomaBeast sells VS the one that runnin4tacos? They look the same but different prices! I do preferer quality over $$, but if they are the same thing. might as well!

You can find the same ones on ebay and Amazon, I believe they all come from the same factory. I got mine off ebay and its been through lots of pressure washer and rain and still works like day 1.

I tried it like that initially and my grille lights would only turn on when the headlights switch was on the last two modes, fog lights/DRLs and headlights ON.

Then I tried it with the pink wire only and the grille lights would only turn on when DRLs were on, not with the headlights on in night time mode.

But wire it however you want, it's your truck. The way I wired mine worked exactly how I wanted it to work.

So you're saying the headlight stalk on your Tacoma is unique. The "bottom" 2 positions skip TAILS? Also loosing TAIL (pink wire)input/power while Headlights is also unique. The TAIL circuit handles all the Front and Rear TAIL lamps. I think there's more to your install.

Which type does your Tacoma have?

I have type B, 2019 TRD Off Road. Even though it says that all, except the DRLs turn ON on position 2, on mine the DRL are ON as well but dimmed. And yes, the "bottom" 2 positions skip the TAIL but the "top" 2 position don't skip TAIL.

Do your grille lights turn on always except on the completely off position just by tapping into the green wire? Mine do, in any of the other 3 positions my grille lights are ON.

I'm doing the same process that TacoTwonz is doing in the video except I'm not short circuiting the parking lights with the DRLs. Doing his method the parking lights turn on when ever the grille lights are on. Doing my method, the grille lights turn on without forcing the parking lights to turn on when they are not supposed to be on. So it makes everything look stock.

Running 4 tacos ones don’t fit unless u buy their grille, so I’d try to take a shot on eBay or Amazon ones.

I bought my grille from The Taco Garage , and my Raptor lights from Running 4 Tacos . Was wondering if anyone has this set-up , and how did it work ?

The ones I got have 3 bulbs from running 4 tacos. They said they fit with no modification in select locations. I put mine in said location Above the Toyota and the outside 2 fit tight and middle loose. I emailed them and they ended up telling me they only fit their pro grille and offered me a refund.

You can file down the ones that are too tight and use black silicone to secure the one that is too loose. Just an idea.

Thanks, the ones that were real right I was able to just barely get in and used epoxy to help hold the middle one in. Also zip tying the wires helped me keep it tight.

Kind of weird that 86 and 87 are connected together. I would have ran 87 to a dedicated fused 12V.

I never knew that Diode block existed.

87 get power from diode block inputs. 86 activates coil to pass power to lights. When all OFF, then turn signal powers the grill lights- lock & unlock and Hazards.

So when your steering column switch is set to the OFF position and you engage the right turn signal, will the Grille lights flash in sequence with the turn signal?

I'm trying figure out how to not have the grille lights flash when my steering column switch is set to the OFF position.

So you drive with all lights offo_O - then you'd add that IGN/ACC fuse you wanted on 86 and not need the diode module for DRL & TAIL input
