Hello all, just moved out of Washington down to Astoria OR and couldnt be happier. Looking forward to fishing, clamming, crabbing, hunting, and just generally being around a lot less people. What are some good trails in this area to checkout? Ive heard tillamook forest is pretty good.

Tons of good rides out there south of astoria. Or north heading out the long beach spit. Sector, station, or boat?

Tillamook state forest is the defacto class 2 oregon OHV area in your neck of the woods, but just about any NF road can offer you up some fun times.

    http://www.rideatvoregon.org/wheretoride/view/dsp_wtr.cfm is the map.

Also, remember - https://oregonstateparks.org/index.cfm?do=v.page&id=19 tons of oregon state bennies for active duty.

I mention long beach because.. http://www.sevenwondersofwashingtonstate.com/long-beach1.html you can drive on it.
