Me weight loss stalled the past month. It sucks but it doesn’t stop me. I just ‘assume’ that because I workout an hour a day (till failure 90% of the time) that the fat is turning to muscle. Doing the whole “lose weight and build muscle at the same time” skit that just means slow process.

I’m stuck around 185-186.5. So hoping maybe a little cardio kicks my metabolism up higher. I’m not lean by any means. The fat is still there to burn off. Just gotta get it off lol.

    Cardio does suck tho

Hmmm. Yea I don’t wanna carry anything either lol but no water fountains on the way. I guess hiding water somewhere is the best option.

    Thank ya!

You are brave. I never ran in the dark.

When I was volunteering the ER one morning a trail runner came with a large stick in his thigh because he slipped running in the dark and fell on a pile of tree debris.

It creeped me out for awhile LOL.

I don’t have unrealistic goals btw. My goal is to get around 12-15% BF. Something I can look good and maintain.

Yeah. It was on the outside of his thigh.
He handled it pretty well too.

I can handle pretty much anything with other people. I’ve seen some nasty stuff. Like organs coming through an incision site post op. I think its cool.

But anything happens to me and I can’t handle it. I get a bad cut and I want to pass out.
This guy was chatting with the nurses with a stick hanging out his leg.
    I’d be wigging TF out.

It never really bothered me. Seeing people in pain bothers me. If someone is screaming or freaking out I get bothered.

Like I never could be an OBGYN and deliver babys lol cant handle screaming women XD. I’d feel too bad for them.

I obviously don’t have to worry about it... thankfully... but I couldn’t watch it if it was something I had to do. I’d be there but I couldn’t watch...

You mean what’s my routine split?

    Mon: Back/triceps
    Tues: chest/biceps
    Wed: legs
    Thurs: back/triceps
    Fri: chest/biceps
    Sat: legs
Sun: OFF - and eat like a fat kid

Never changes - just the volume and exercise selection depending on whether im trying to grow or just maintain.

Nothing wrong with small meals per day, especially if it helps your gut. What I’ve saying is, every one of those meals should be because you’re hungry - not because it’s 2pm, 4pm, 6pm, etc. I mean if you’re eating super small meals you really should be hungry again in a couple hours anyways unless there’s an underlying issue somewhere.. and that’s my point. I’d like people to address WHY they aren’t hungry for lots of food like they should be first. Usually once that’s figured out, natural hunger increases, digestion improves, gains improve, etc.

But if you feel good man, keep at it. Just offering my 2 cents - I’m not talking in absolutes, simply facts/ideas to keep an eye on and remember.

I am typically hungry when I eat, but honestly 2 hours is just to soon. I mean if I ate every 2 hours I'd consume 10 meals a day lol. I eat 6x everyday 6am, 9am, noon, 3pm, 630-730pm (post workout), 9-10pm.

2 Hours would be miserable. My meals are fairly dense, so smaller portion. For example, 5oz chicken, 6 oz red potato and 1 cup greens.

Perfect meal size there for how many times a day you eat man! Big enough to make sure you aren’t starving, but hungry again soon.

And I agree, every 2 hours is far too soon. I eat about 4 times per day max unless a high carb refeed day.

In case someone asks where my shoulder day is.. I rarely hit them as they over shadow my chest and couldn’t stimulate my chest properly with them being so dominant.

My diet currently while slowly dropping body fat:

    Meal 1:
    6oz grass fed beef
    1 cup white rice
    Carrot slices
    Small handful blueberries

Meal 2: same as meal 1

    Meal 3:
6oz chicken breast (or 6 oz Wild Salmon)
    1 cup white rice
    Avacado
    Small handful blueberries

Meal 4: same as meal 3

I keep it very simple and consistent throughout the day. Micronutrients, macros, etc. I never eat breakfast though - I’m not hungry until about 10am. Forcing food earlier say at 6-7am when I wake up wrecks my stomach and blood sugar all day.

Sunday’s = same diet just extra meals via cheat meals. Usually via ice cream, pizza, burgers, etc. calcium from the dairy is always useful since I don’t get much of it during the week. 5-8 meals here depending on how hungry I am. Always a good idea to space that much food out over the day as best as possible so you don’t fuck your digestion up for subsequent days.
